Up to now, LISEMCO 5 has completed the fabricate, trial- asembly to be accepted of 18 main sections and 11 sub-sections under the contract signed with SUMITOMO customers to Japan for the TS7-PJ Gas Pre-heater project. Each main section has a length of 5 m, a width of 4 m, a height of 1.2 m to 1.5 m, and a weight of 16 tons to 22 tons. The total fabricate weight of the project is 340 Tons with 12320 steel pipes with a diameter of 63mm welded into steel frames, of which 9210 steel pipes are carbon and 3110 stainless steel TP316 L form 18 total sections.
