GT - PS070 - C3515 project manufactures equipment for the mining and refining of precious metals such as Copper, Silver, Gold... The project consists of 2 clusters of Land Port and Feet Port equipment which are processed and manufactured with special stainless steel SS Gr 316 and SS Gr 253MA. The main parts of the equipment were cast by special sand mold melting method for SS Gr253 MA material. Next is the stage of semi-fine machining, combined welding and final processing by CNC milling machines and CNC lathes machines with modern 3D copying functions to achieve the profile and dimensions required by GT customers. To check the dimension and profile of the product, Lisemco 5 company has manufactured molds to check the profile and use 3D Scan Machines Image Scan whole the parts to ensure correct dimension, profile matching with the customer's 3D model of the product.
Recently, Lisemco 5 company has completed the manufacturing and installation of 2 complete equipment clusters for customers Glencore Technology (GT) – Australia. Through the inspection and testing process, GT technical experts highly appreciate the quality and functionality of the equipment. This is one of the equipment with very high technical requirements and precision for the first time manufactured in Vietnam, thereby affirming a great step forward in the manufacture of complex equipment according to the requirements of foreign customers that Lisemco 5 company has achieved.
