The Prime Minister also requested ministries, sectors and localities to actively review and cut capital plans of slow-implemented projects to supplement capital for projects with high completion volumes, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. fully disburse the assigned capital plan, and send it to the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Finance as soon as there is a decision to adjust capital between projects to summarize, monitor and control the disbursement.
